As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.), I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, and concerns related to identity, self-worth, or meaning. Many of my clients feel stuck in painful patterns or uncertain about how to move forward, and are seeking support that is both compassionate and practical.
As a person-centered (Rogerian) therapist, I believe you are the expert on your own experience. I adapt my approach to meet the unique needs, goals, and pace of each client, creating a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Healing begins with connection, safety, and authenticity.
My work is integrative, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. Together, we may focus on building emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills, increasing self-compassion, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, clarifying values, and reshaping the stories you hold about yourself and your life.
I bring both lived experience and professional training to my work, and I meet you where you are—whether you’re navigating a major life change, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply feeling disconnected or overwhelmed. Life can feel heavy at times, and reaching out for support takes courage. You don’t have to do this alone. When you’re ready, I invite you to take that first step and connect.
